Board Elections are currently open August thru October 2022.

Vice-President

  • Serves as the chief liaison with other community organizations and key constituent groups, in the absence of or at the request of the President.

  • Confers with the Managing Director and Treasurer on the troupe’s annual budget as well as individual project budgets.

Secretary

  • Keep notes and minutes of Senior Council meetings and votes.

  • Maintains Books of Record including Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Minutes.

  • Records history of the organisation and any notable actions or events involving the troupe or its members.

Treasurer

  • Serves as financial officer of the organization

  • With the Managing Director, develops the company’s annual budget and tracks company finances.

  • Maintains a repository of financial documentation for audit purposes.

  • Maintains an effective financial reporting process that allows them to track spending.

  • Sets up accounts with retailers and facilitates proper use of these accounts by the production staff, including but not limited to creating and ordering merchandise, marketing materials, and other brand materials for the Troupe.

  • Locates and applies for grants

  • Communicates with and seeks donors and development and fundraising opportunities.

General Information

Board Elections are held for Noble Blades, Inc. beginning in August of every even numbered year. This process is to conclude no later than October 1 of the same year.

Each board position serves a two-year volunteer term.

Voting will take place in mid-September.
