This class is 16 +
Taught by Justin M. Krall
In this digital class we will be taking a look at how to train solo, minimalistically, and even on the go such as at a hotel room. What if all you had was about 10 by 10 in floor space. We'll be looking at the discipline of kickboxing and how we can shadowbox to develop a performance sense of character. How would the professional fighter move and flow? How can we practice that by ourselves without a partner? Learn how to look more like the fighter you might play in this active, practical workshop.
Class Level: Open
Monday, Oct 27, 2025 @ 7pm to 9:00pm
on ZOOM!
This class will be available to those registered for 7 days after the class is held.
